Frequently Asked Questions

How does a booking work?

In the booking calendar you can immediately see if your desired period is available. If you enter an arrival and departure date in the booking tool, you will then see the rental price. The indicated price does not include the camping fee, deposit and tourist tax. Camping fees are charged separately and in advance by Julianahoeve.

Tourist tax will be charged when we refund the deposit (prices for camping fees, tourist tax and deposit are listed to the right of the booking calendar).

If everything is satisfactory, you can then book directly.

You will then receive a booking confirmation from us in a separate e-mail (please note that this sometimes ends up in the spam folder), which you must sign and return to us within 7 days in order to make a binding booking.

Then you will receive the invoice

The deposit of 30% should be in our account within a week and the remaining amount should be transferred 8 weeks before departure. If your booking is made less than 9 weeks before departure, the total amount must be paid immediately.

Once we have received the deposit, we will register you with Julianahoeve and you will receive a separate confirmation email and the invoice for the camping fee from Julianahoeve.

After your vacation you leave the chalet broom clean and make sure you take away all perishable food, garbage and your personal belongings.

Should the final cleaning turn out to be more expensive than normal due to waste or heavy pollution etc., we will have to deduct the extra costs charged by the cleaning company from the deposit.

During the final cleaning, the chalet will also be checked for any damage or defects.

If everything is as expected, you will receive your deposit back from us via bank transfer as soon as possible.
