Our chalet, newly built in mid-2026, offers plenty of space to enjoy life on Zeeland with its 42 m² of living space and 151 m² of fully fenced property, complete with a terrace, seating area, sandbox, outdoor kitchen, and bike shed. After a day at the beach or in the pool, wind down on the elevated terrace with a view of the dunes.
The chalet has one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm box-spring bed, including a storage compartment, and another bedroom with a bunk bed. The lower level of the bunk bed consists of two mattresses placed side by side, each measuring 70 x 200 cm (equivalent to 140 x 200 cm), and the upper level consists of a single mattress measuring 70 x 200 cm. An additional safety rail for our youngest guests is located in the closet.
Upon entering the large living area—which is divided into a living room, dining room, and kitchen—you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and everything else you’d expect in a well-equipped kitchen.
The toilet is separate, and the bathroom, which includes a sink, features a large shower.
The gas central heating provides cozy warmth on colder days, and thanks to the double-glazed windows and good exterior insulation, the interior of the chalet doesn’t get too hot even on warmer days.
You can park your car right next to the chalet in your own parking space.
In addition to the handcart, you’re also welcome to use the cooler, the sand toys, and the grill (these are not included in the rental—see the FAQ section for more information!).
Pitch Fazant 434 at the 5-star Camping & Beach Resort Julianahoeve is located just about 800 meters from the beach or from the center of the campground, which features a swimming pool, restaurants, a supermarket, and playgrounds. The center of Renesse is a five-minute bike ride away (about 1.5 km). Right in front of the dune, you’ll find well-maintained bike paths where you can explore Renesse and the surrounding area.
Julianahoeve is ideal for families with children who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the sea with the comforts of a well-equipped chalet and in a park perfectly designed for children’s needs.

Our vacation was great, thank you so much! Julianahoeve is a perfect campsite for children. It has everything to offer, and the mobile home has everything for an enjoyable vacation. What we especially noticed is that unlike other sites, this site is fully fenced, which allows the children to play outside for a while without supervision.
We had a wonderful week in the mobile home. Everything was to our satisfaction. The large closet in the bathroom is also very nice. You can put everything in here.
